The ask

Member Loyalty Group came to McGuffin for help rebranding the company in a way that would better reflect the company’s standing as a leader in member experience measurement, analysis and improvement for credit unions. A credit union service organization (CUSO), Member Loyalty Group has unmatched expertise in the industry, which it pairs with an industry-leading platform and service. The new brand needed to be approachable but also forward-thinking.

The answer

We began with an extensive exploration and ideation process that looked at the competitive landscape, the CU industry as well as relevant work from leaders in other, related industries. After developing the brand platform, visual brief and brand positioning copy, we began crafting logo concepts as well as a fresh, new identity that was then applied to a new website design – resulting in more accurate brand impression and user experience.
