The ask

MVP Staffing is a rapidly growing, $500 million/year firm with over 60 locations in 38 states. The company had been made up of four separate operating units, each with its own brand name and identity. McGuffin was brought in to help streamline what was a disjointed image both internally and externally, bring clarity to the brand and create a rollout strategy for the new effort.

The answer

To help MVP develop a more powerful, memorable presence in the crowded staffing arena, McGuffin reorganized and streamlined the brand hierarchy with a new identity, a cohesive brand voice centered around the no-nonsense, hardworking tagline, “All in a Day’s Work” and a roll-out of the new look and voice to employees, customers and prospects.
