Production Manager

Job description:

Must have extensive experience with the post-production (i.e. print, DM, packaging, video) processes.
Responsible for the preparedness and accuracy of all press-ready fles.
Exhibits a superior eye for color management and typographic detail.
Exhibits an extensive knowledge of folding techniques and paper behaviors.
Able to inspire team to make use of unexpected materials or techniques.
Able to accurately anticipate and solve potential product delivery issues.
Must manage creative and account team’s fnal product expectations.
Must be able to effectively multi-task projects of varying levels of complexity.
When required, must be able to manage production budgets.
Must demonstrate an ability to prioritize and keep focused.
Must be extremely organized and inspire organization in others.
Must demonstrate ability to communicate strategically.
Must be able to work with a team.
“Must be willing (and able) to direct vendors including printers, paper merchants and developers.
Highest ethical standards in relating to others.
Able to work well under deadlines, meeting expectations and goals.
Must demonstrate ability elevate the work of others.

Designer

Experience with financial/professional services preferred.
Must have the ability and willingness to work hard and well in a deeply collaborative environment.

Must be able to work with a team.
Must be willing (and able) to art direct photographers, illustrators and videographers.
Highest ethical standards in relating to others.
Able to work well under deadlines, meeting expectations and goals.
Excellent organizational skills.
