The ask
Bank of the West, based in San Francisco, is active in serving the lending and banking needs of small business. The bank came to McGuffin seeking a targeted, offer-based campaign that would help boost use of micro loans, checking accounts and credit cards among mass (micro) and medium-sized businesses.
The answer
McGuffin developed a campaign that incorporated social media, including video, display advertising and landing pages. The creative leveraged unique offers and product benefits to reach small businesses directly, efficiently and often, which helped drive awareness, leads and, ultimately, new business and revenue for the bank.
